These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Expire app and this website, offered by [Legal Entity] ("Expire", "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Expire, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Expire. By using the app, you represent that you are of legal age and able to accept these Terms.
3.License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Expire for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or reverse engineer the app.
4.Your account
You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for all activity on your account. Keep your information truthful and up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5.Subscriptions and payments
Expire may offer premium features through subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' rules.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings on the relevant store.
Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies. Prices may change, and we will notify you where required by law.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to use Expire for any unlawful purpose or to:
Post offensive, illegal, misleading content or content that infringes others' rights in the community.
Harass, threaten or harm other users.
Attempt to bypass security, overload or interfere with the service.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7.Community content
By posting in the community, you grant us a license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for what you post and must respect other users. Reported content may be reviewed and removed.
8.Health disclaimer
Expire is a wellbeing and habit-change support tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional. Always consult a professional for decisions about your health, especially if you experience severe withdrawal symptoms.
9.Intellectual property
Expire, its brand, design, text, software and other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
10.App stores
Downloading and using the app is also subject to the Apple App Store and Google Play terms. In case of conflict regarding distribution, the relevant store's rules prevail.
11.Limitation of liability
Expire is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, nor do we guarantee specific results in your quit journey.
12.Termination
You may stop using Expire and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of a breach of these Terms or where required by law.
13.Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app and, where required, we will ask for renewed acceptance. Continued use after changes take effect means you agree to them.
